Fraudulent Use of Our Company Name

It has come to our attention that the name of our company "SA Metal and Machinery Co. (Pty) Ltd" is being fraudulently used in various websites and email offers of scrap metal and used rails. The contact person is often given as "Peter Herbert" or "George Spies" but other names have also been used. These people are unknown to us. Our correct contact details are as given in this website.
